What’s a good substitute for Irish whiskey?

March 26th, 2009
someone, someone else… asked:

I’m supposed to bring some homemade irish cream coffee to a party. However, it can’t contain any alchohol so does anyone know of a substitute for irish whiskey or a recipe without it?
