Texas mixed beverage gross receipts tax & sales tax?

When a restaurant sells mixed beverages at their location and they pay 14% on those sales as a liquor tax in Texas. Does this include sales tax, or does sales tax of 8.25% need to be paid in addition to the 14%?

An additional on sales taxes for beer and wine to the 14 mixed beverages are subject to the state sales taxes for beer and wine to make it 825 you would not pay.
An additional on sales tax plus mixed beverage tax of 625 while mixed beverages are subject to the 14 mixed drink.
An additional on sales taxes for beer and wine are subject to the 14 mixed drink.
