I have been trying to loose a few pounds and one of the ways I am doing that is buy giving up my Captain Morgans and Diet Coke and my Skydrivers, and switching to beer.

It seems to be working, as I have lost 5 lbs in about 10 days, but I don’t know how much is the diet and how much is the switch in booze?
I seem to have a high tollerance for carbs, meaning my body seems to burn carbs way faster than most, so I don’t usually look at carbs.

I am looking for a recipe for a good whiskey sour. A friend of ours bought my boyfriend and I a bottle of Knob Creek. We’re more of vodka drinkers but won’t turn away any type of alcohol. So I was hoping someone had a good recipe for whiskey sour or maybe even suggest something else.
