NE1 know what Slash’s whiskey from the early 90’s was called?

I need to know details about what Slash from Guns N Roses whiskey was called… exactly, and who put it out. I know I am pressing my luck, but if anyone knows where I can find a bottle AWESOME! (Ebay has been less than fruitful).

I am looking to buy it for my Husband.

I thought he said that Jack Daniels put it out, and that the bottle came in a coffin (box or tin is debatable). Please help!
