jattvellya asked:

ok i was searching the web to see if you can sell liquor at the age of 18 and i found this….

“In package stores employees ages 17 and younger may sell only if directly supervised by someone at least 21; otherwise 18. Employees in premises that sell alcohol and gasoline must be 21 for sales between 10:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m.”

does that mean a 18 year old can sell liquor without being supervised….

Can a 18 year old sell BEER at the age of 18?

And I’m taking about selling them in a liquor store…not a bar or restaurant but a liquor store
And also whats this thing called and what does it mean “;” im taking about ( ; )

Whiskey Sour?

June 08th, 2009
Crystal asked:

I am looking for a recipe for a good whiskey sour. A friend of ours bought my boyfriend and I a bottle of Knob Creek. We’re more of vodka drinkers but won’t turn away any type of alcohol. So I was hoping someone had a good recipe for whiskey sour or maybe even suggest something else.

I bought alcohol with a fake ID at a liqour store. ?

April 27th, 2009
pnikamal asked:

There were undercover police officers there. They followed me and my friends to my privately run dormitory, onto the property. They arrested me and cited that I didn’t look 21 as their probable cause. Keep in mind that they followed me on to private property. They did, however, get me to admit to everything but it still all occurred on private property. Did they have a legitimate probable cause and were they allowed to follow me onto private property? I received three charges and am looking at over $1000 in court costs. Do I have a case though?

If a drink is marketed as non-alcoholic, why do you still need to be 21?

February 15th, 2009
Sia asked:

The “non-alcoholic” beers you have to be 21 to consume/purchase but why if its labels non-alcoholic? Even if it has a little bit you dont need to be of age to buy rum balls do you?
there are plenty of things that contain a little alcohol that you dont need to be 21 to buy…what about mouthwash……and the law isnt you have to be 21 to buy and consume beer it’s you have to be 21 to buy and consume alcoholic beverages
what i’m trying to say is it shouldnt be classified by marketing as non alcoholic if it’s considered alcoholic by law
