They arrested me and cited that I didn’t look 21 as their probable cause. Keep in mind that they followed me on to private property. They did, however, get me to admit to everything but it still all occurred on private property. Did they have a legitimate probable cause and were they allowed to follow me onto private property? I received three charges and am looking at over $1000 in court costs. Do I have a case though?
