Are there any weird “blue laws” in Texas regarding beer/wine/liquor?

In my former hometown in KS there are a LOT of restrictions on how alcohol can be sold (i.e. only liquor can be sold at liquor stores, no snacks or pop could be sold at a liquor store, liquor stores had to close by 10pm and open no sooner than 11am. Grocery stores can sell beer if it has a 3.2% or less alcohol content, grocery stores cannot sell hard stuff or wine and beer sales are not allowed past 12am and absolutely no beer, liquor or wine can be sold on Sunday. And this was in 2005 so it’s not like I am talking about the 1930’s even!

Then I moved to Michigan. OH happy day! - you can buy beer, liquor and wine at the GROCERY stores any time of day! Even Sunday! Even Kmart sells wine! Unbelievable!

So are their any weird laws or restrictions in Colin county regarding alcohol purchases? Please tell me what you know.
I’m actually NOT a heavy drinker - things like this are just to know ahead of time- like before we have a bbq and need to do a beer run. Thanks!
I meant Collin county. I’m really sorry to see that mistakenly calling it Colin county instead of Collin county was so confusing to you.
